Oracle ERP Cloudwith a net emotional footprint of +86, scored the best product in many categories, especially exceeding expectations by being respectful, efficient, caring, time-saving, and providing user-friendly policies. Unit4 ERPwith a net emotional imprint of +86, received the top product for being inspiring, generous, transparent and overdelivering. ERP Oracle NetSuite, with a net emotional imprint of +78, was known to be reliable, efficient, caring and respectful.
ERP Cloud Acumaticawith a net emotional imprint of +76, received high scores for being altruistic, trustworthy and fair. Financial Force ERPwith a net emotional footprint of +81, has demonstrated continuous improvement, innovation and performance improvement. Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERPwith a net emotional imprint of +78, has been recognized for putting the interests of clients first. Sage X3 with a net emotional imprint of +78, got the best product by enabling productivity.
In general, users of enterprise resource planning software were the most satisfied with vendor reliability – and were the most dissatisfied with overpromising vendors.
